Shipping and Returns

What Happens After You Order…

Our current processing time is 1-3 days. (Including weekends)

Your items will be packed and shipped within 1-2 days. We use a 1-3 days processing time because some of our products are made to order so that your product comes to you freshly made.

Perfected By Nature uses UPS and USPS as their courier and they will deliver your package within 1-10 business days (depending on the shipping speed you choose at checkout and your location) after your order has been shipped. You will receive an email update with your tracking number as we fulfill and ship your order.

We may use another shipping courier different from the on that you choose at checkout to get your order delivered much faster at no additional charge to you.

Each purchase is processed and shipped in the order in which it was received. (This is like a 1st come 1st serve process).

Returns

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you’re displeased with one of our products, please contact us at emailperfected@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help in any way we can.

Refunds

If you place an order and would like to cancel for a full refund we can get this done for you. This has to be done before your order is shipped out.

Orders that has been shipped and delivered are not eligible for return or refund.

Once you request a refund, we will notify you that we’ve received your request.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
