Shipping Policy

At Perfected By Nature, every product is carefully handcrafted and prepared to ensure the highest level of quality. Because many of our items are made or finished by hand, please allow time for processing before your order ships.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This processing time allows us to prepare, package, and quality-check your items before they are shipped.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and service selected at checkout. Most domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, though delivery times may vary depending on your location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders through trusted carriers such as:

• Other reliable shipping partners when necessary

The carrier used may vary depending on the order size, destination, and best available shipping option.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Perfected By Nature is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct it if your order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will gladly assist you with any information needed to help resolve the issue.

High Order Volume

During sales, promotions, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to prepare each order with care.
